Almondridge (Antioch, CA)
Almondridge is located just off Highway 4 in Contra Costa County. This project consists of approximately twenty-two acres to be subdivided in the City of Antioch. The project will yield approximately 81 single family detached homes.

Dal Porto (Oakley, CA)
Only an hour’s drive from San Francisco, Oakley is situated in eastern Contra Costa County along the picturesque California Delta. Orinda Oaks is a twenty-three acre site to be subdivided in the City of Orinda for twelve custom homes. This tree-studded hillside development offers exquisite views of the surrounding area. The project offers convenient access to the job markets in Walnut Creek and San Francisco due to its proximity to the Caldecott Tunnel on Highway 24 and a Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) station.
